Our experienced Microbiologist regularly inspect raw materials on the spot, Cary test at random sample basis at our laboratory to check spc (standard plate count), coliform, fecal coliform, vibro cholerea and salmonella sp etc. as per U.S.A & E.U countries regulation our company implemented HACCP Based quality management in its plant.
Our government authorized (Fish Inspection and Quality Control Department) regular factory inspection and every lot inspection and randomly sample collection for microbiological test of FIQC laboratory. |
